Local studios store data in your browser; sample studios cannot import real shop files. Shop CSVs are parsed on your device. After you review and Apply, supported artwork, order, buyer/contact/address and private-note fields are saved to the selected workspace. In account mode these normalized private records are stored in Supabase under your verified Google owner; the raw CSV is not uploaded and customer values are not sent to AI, analytics or advertising. Source exports are snapshots, not live shop verification. Buyer details can be erased; reference IDs remain for duplicate protection, so this is not complete anonymisation. Downloaded copies and provider backups have separate deletion limits. Use an encrypted full backup for private records, or an artwork-only export; artwork text may still be private. Google gives basic account identity, not Gmail/Drive access. Clearing browser data can remove local records. For support or account-data deletion, contact support@yoofloe.com.
