Service and contract

Mikoyoo provides public product-identity, package, evidence and market observation pages, together with search and comparison tools. The service is free and does not require an account.

A contract for the electronic service begins when you request a Mikoyoo page or use a search or comparison tool. You may end it at any time by leaving the service. Access requires an internet connection, a current web browser and JavaScript for interactive features.

Acceptable use

You must not:

• use the service unlawfully or provide unlawful content;
• interfere with security, availability or another person's use;
• bypass technical limits or perform abusive automated collection;
• misrepresent Mikoyoo evidence, labels or dated observations as a certification or guarantee.

Evidence and professional advice

Mikoyoo publishes reviewed, source-linked information but does not guarantee completeness, continuous availability or that a source has not changed since its observation date. “Not observed” does not mean “not sold.”

The service is not medical, dermatological, legal or product-safety advice. Read the current product label and official safety information and consult an appropriate professional where needed.

Retailers and external links

Mikoyoo is not a seller, marketplace or party to a purchase. External retailers independently control their prices, stock, product pages, sales contracts, delivery, returns and privacy practices. Their terms apply after you leave Mikoyoo.

Any future commission-generating link will be disclosed in accordance with the Affiliate disclosure.

Intellectual property

The Mikoyoo design, explanatory text, evidence presentation and original materials are protected by applicable law. You may use the service for personal and ordinary business reference. This does not grant permission to reproduce the service, republish its database or remove source and observation context, except where applicable law permits.

Complaints and availability

Send service complaints to contact@yoofloe.com with the affected URL, date, issue and requested outcome. We will review the complaint and respond without undue delay.

We may maintain, change, suspend or discontinue part of the service, including when required for security, source integrity or legal compliance.

Governing law and changes

Polish law governs these terms. This choice does not remove mandatory consumer protections that apply under the law of your country of residence. Updated terms apply from the date shown at the top of this page and do not retroactively remove accrued rights.
